In an emergency, call 911- On N LHS Dr (US 69/287), on the east side of the highway, between Hamshire Lane and West Walton Road.
- Heading north (from Beaumont): we’re on your right, just past Hamshire Lane.
- Heading south (from Kountze): we’re on your left, about a third of a mile past West Walton Road.

We offer comprehensive pediatric care for children of all ages, except care that requires special facilities, such as X-ray imaging.

Meet your pediatrician
Christian Freeman, M.D.
Through and through, a Southeast Texan. And home again.
Dr. Freeman was born in Beaumont and grew up in a loving home with three siblings. He played football for the Bulldogs at Monsignor Kelly High School, then earned a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Texas in Austin before realizing that medicine, and working with children, was his true passion.
He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, where he also completed his pediatric residency in 2005.
He practiced two years in Katy, then 15 in Columbus, where he was Neonatal Medical Director for the hospital and attended many high-risk deliveries. Then he came home to Southeast Texas and opened the only pediatrics office in Hardin County.
When he’s not caring for the children of our community, he loves spending time with family, especially traveling and making memories.
We are so grateful for Dr. Freeman’s practice. Finally, a caring and capable pediatrician right here in Hardin County.
Meet our nurse practitioner
Regina Perio, FNP
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Regina was a pediatric RN and spent a few years working in the NICU, the newborn intensive care unit.
Regina loves working with children, and we are very excited to have her on our team.
