Dr. Christian Freeman was born in Beaumont, Texas, and grew up in a loving home with three siblings. He is, through-and-through, a Southeast Texan.

As a student at Monsignor Kelly High School, he played football for the Kelly H.S. Bulldogs, and was an avid participant many volunteer organizations.

He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin. He soon realized that medicine was his true passion, and that he wanted to work with children. He then went on to obtain his medical degree from University ofTexas Houston Health Science Center, where he also completed his pediatric residency in 2005.

Dr. Freeman worked in Katy for two years before being called to serve an underserved area in Columbus, Texas. He spent 15 years there, serving as the Neonatal Medical Director for the hospital and attending many high-risk deliveries. He has a true passion for treating children and is delighted to be returning home to Southeast Texas, and opening the only pediatrics office in Hardin County.

When he’s not caring for the children of our community, Dr. Freeman loves spending time with family, especially traveling and making memories.
